London Westminster Bridge and Big Ben

Each night I would walk down at about 8 or 9pm and watch the lights come up in Parliament and Big Ben. It was magical. Our hotel was just blocks from the river.
I miss that nightly walk so much. There just must be some way I can live in England permanently. Here is my favorite photograph.

Dunwich England

Laura's Tea Shop in Dunwich. The best fish and chips in all of England. And the best dessert counter. Very very fresh Plaice. The chips are hot, crisp. The fish is fresh caught locally. This is the "real" thing. http://www.visit-dunwich.co.uk/review/Dunwich/00000000375/FloraTeaRooms.html

While visiting London, I could not find one decent fish and chips place. Not one.
I miss England so much. Everytime I visit, then I am depressed for months because I cannot acclimate to my own country. And especially during an election year. My country is so corrupt.
My husband shooting a movie along Dunwich seacost. He is up on the bluff. I am walking along the beach.

Breaking a record

Three updates in one month. Whoo Whoo... And nothing to write about. I have this blog, live journal, facebook, my space, and flickr account. I gotta cut back on the internet. It's bleeding into my personal life. And my dogs are none too happy about it. Speaking about bleeding. I love Leona Lewis and her song, I Keep on Bleeding.
If I am in the car and that song comes on, I just sing at the top of my lungs. With
the windows up.

I am soo ready for some Fall weather. It is still to hot here in Central/North Florida. My husband is watching golf. That is what he does on the weekend. I have already mowed the entire lawn over at my mother's old house. (my mom left me this
house I have to take care of) At least until my brother decides if he wants to sell it or live in it. My brother lives in Colorado and seems in no hurry to move back
to Florida. He just called me and made me sick telling me their low is 48 degree's
and high is 70. I should be so lucky. We're still hitting 90 every day. Sometimes
the humidity is so high that it looks misty and steamy. I really hate Florida.
I only like Miami, where I was born and raised for 21 years. And no one will take me down there anymore.
This is about all. Maybe I will keep this updated more often.

And a PS....♥

I meant to upload two photographs on that update. Here is a strange moth and my male hummingbird. Bye........

I'm Trying Honest

Listen, I have two journal/blogs. Here and this one. http://sparroweye.livejournal.com/

I am trying to keep them both up. But I do have two dogs, three cats, two koi, a ton
of flowers to water and care for, wild birds to feed. Oh shit, I left the hummingbird
sugar water boiling. Be right back...... Well, it's not gummy but it's ruined but at least I didn't burn the house down. Now, see that is just what I am talking about. I have a very busy life and should not even be on the internet. To make the sugar water last longer, I boil it for one minute. But not for five minutes because then you have syrup. I have already ruined one pot in the past.

We had a tropical depression in Central florida which lasted for three days. I think
we got eight inches of rain. The sun finally came back out. Imagine, the sun in Florida. Who knew? I bet the tourists who had paid for a vacation in sunny Florida
that week were very upset.

My birds have not been co-operating much lately. Of course we did have a monsoon
for three days. Oh, and tree and power lines almost fell on our car. But other than
that I have no excuse. I have been seeing cool moths every morning. so, I have become the moth photographer. Ok. There I updated. Nothing new in this blog. Move along. As my friend Dee says. Move along.

First Post in July on Here.

I apologize. I have another blog, livejournal, and it is hard to keep up with them.
The baby owls are still here. I got a very good photograph of all three of them the other day. We are having our yard completely fenced in today with chain link. So, I am having to walk the dogs on a leash over in my mothers yard. It will be so nice to have one continuous fence instead of privacy fencing and makeshift welded wire. Now it will not look tacky and we will have a double entrance gate, and exit gate for our big 31 foot motorhome.

I took a photograph of the owls today. My owl expert tells me that when the two adults come back in March, they will run off their babies from last year. Awwww.... What happened to keeping it in the family. I guess, "all's fair in owl love and housing".
I want to take another trip to Europe. I want to see Ireland and Scotland this time.
Go google the Scotsman, a first class train ride through Scotland. It looks so beautiful. Like taking a cruise but on a train. The berths are fantastic looking.
I am putting that on the top of my trip list. That way I can see all of Scotland without paying for gas, rental cars, and buses.

It is too hot and humid. You could take a sauna out there right now. Just walking out the door makes my glasses fog up. Owl photograph ahead. Enjoy.
